In stock canvases and merchandise will be available to ship within 1-3 days. We will notify you if a product is not in stock and has to be ordered. We will send tracking automatically once your order is fulfilled which will give a more accurate delivery date.

What is your Return Policy?
We do not currently accept returns due to the customized nature of needlepoint. While we have a No Return Policy, we are fully committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.
